I just purchased Everyday Looper and have used it only a few times on my brand new iPod 4G. Now it crashes all the time. It crashes when I move between functions, such as after generating the click and trying to return to the loop record page. Sometimes it crashes right on start-up. If I can't get this bug fixed, then I want my $5.99 back please.
Also crashes during save & load features!
Can anyone suggest why or can the developer fix this bug?

Hi smkbtt !

Usual question : which version of iOS do you have ?

From what you say, it seems to be a specific problem on your installed version of Everyday Looper. I had no other crash report of this type before.

The first thing to try is to simply delete Everyday Looper from your device and download it again from the store. Sometimes, the app can be corrupted while being downloaded or installed. It will be free as you have already purchased it.

Tell me how it works.

Thanks for the speedy response. I have the latest OS, iOS4 for an 8GB iPod Touch, Version 4.2.1 (8C148).

Thanks for the infos.

Did you have time to try deleting and reinstalling the app ?

I deleted & re-downloaded it from the Apps Store. It crashed again right upon opening.

After I was able to successfully open it, when I tried to get to the generate click page, it crashed again.

Really weird crash just happened, I'll try to explain.
I was able to generate a click, then touched the "Load" button followed by the "Save" button and the app crashed again. When I reopened it, I discovered full wave data on all four tracks, but just the click I had previously generated was audible. In order to erase the other 3 tracks, I first had to tap them (rec) then tap again and do 2-finger swipe to erase each one.
Anyway, same issues I've seen before.

Ok, so we will continue with e-mails (I send you one in a minute) as I would like you to send me the crash report. I will explain you how to do it in the mail, no worries ;) .

Problem solved :D !

Short / Non-Technical version : smkbtt's iPod needed a little restore

Long / Technical version : The OS on his iPod was killing all apps that was using a bit of RAM - as Everyday Looper or Cut the Rope - without any particular reason. And even if there was plenty of free RAM available. Strange isn't it ?
