hi. recently downloaded this great app. have been trying to loop a guitar progression but cant work out how to avoid delay from reaching to tap screen to start and reaching to screen again to finish i.e taking hands off guitar. have watched the demo vids but am not recognising my error. any help appreciated. thanks

Hi Tony !

You have two choices.

First one, generate a click track (Menu -> Tools -> Metronome) and active quantized recording (Menu -> Options -> Quantize To Loop -> Record). This way, the recording will automatically start and stop when reaching the beginning and end of the loop, hands free.

Second one requires a bit of hardware. You can now connect Core MIDI compatible interfaces and controller to your iDevice. That way you can configure a footswitch to trigger recording.
