Hello,

First, many thanks for the great application! I like it :)
I have two idea.

1. Enable overdubbing.

Similar the merge function, but call it automerge? If I don't stop the recording, -or don't choose any track- continue recording the current track. This is an optional feature, enable and disable in the opitions menu. This easy way the beatboxing, don't need plus tapping/merging/track managing.

2. This is little difficult :)

Develop any magic effect. Dist, fuzz, pitchshift, reverb, echo, delay, chorus, eq... Basic effects. These effects used the input signal. The recorder used this signal. Don't need use realtime all of the tracks these effects, just on the input.
These effects are managed presets, and this presets may be switch to on-off status.

For examlpe:
First, beatboxing a drum loop. I used a large hall preset, witch is reverb and equalizer.
Then make a modern bassline(like DubFx(He is the God:))). Use the mybassline preset witch is eq, pitch shifter(drop my voice), smooth fuzz or distortion, compressor.
Then I make special effects, any presets use.
Ok, then I singing(don't recorging this). I use mysing preset: eq, delay

For example a great app on the effect management: riotmode

I hope you did not ask the impossible :-)
Thanks for the great support, and contact.
Best regards Zsolt

Ps: sry for my lame english :)

Hello zsoltt !

Overdubbing is planned. In some situation it is indeed more convenient to use than the "record then merge" pattern.

Effects will be on the work table too, but only when I feel that all the core features of the looper are here.

Have fun :D !

Great app! Thanks to the new help text and an AV cable I'm able to record direct in from my guitars.

The suggestions how to use click track and quantize are excellent for getting started with two handed instruments, thanks a lot... First product I've bought on the iPhone that was well worth the money.

Only suggestion / wish list at the moment it support for Sonoma's audio clipboard to enable paste from instant drummer (http://www.sonomawireworks.com/iphone/partners/).

Hi stevem !

Glad that the doc has been helpful for you :D !

The audio sharing capability is planned. I'm not a big fan of sonoma closed protocol however. I'll maybe implement both sonoma and intua clipboard to please everyone ;) .

Have fun !

Hello,i`m using everyday looper very often!
it would be great if this app could record tracks in the different beats.
For example i want to make first track in 4 beats and second in 16 beats.
As was told before Dub fx is the best examble for your app))
Thankyou.

I Love this app, it is my fav so far. The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is the fact that you can only record loops of the same length. It would be fantastic if there was some feature that allowed me to record continuously without stop until I finish my line not only at the first loop but at any time instead.

The problem I run into is that I record parts for accompaniment buy When I start singing I want freedom to sing until the inspiration ceases or I feel I've got something. However in the current version is just not possible.

I wonder when is the next version coming up too.

Hi ylow !

Recording different length loops is something planned, but don't know if it would be enough to fit your use. Tracks are limited to 45 sec each, so you can't record "continuously" until inspiration strikes.

Regarding the next version, I don't know myself when it will come up ^^.

Have fun !
