is there any way to switch back to mono or record both tracks simultaneously ? i am using an Apogee ONE on iPad 2 and i can only input into the Right channel with the guitar direct input.

Yes, there is a way. Just go in the menu, then the Options pannel. In the Input section there, you can select your Input Configuration. Switch it to 2 x Mono, and you'll be done.

By default, Everyday Looper will record the channel 1 of your interface, but you can record the two channels at the same time by sliding one finger from track X to track X+1 (so for exemple from track 1 to track 2). Or you can select the channel 2 of your interface to be recorded as a mono track by sliding from track X to track X+1 and back from track X+1 to track X.
